Step to Generate Credentials for Alibaba Cloud

1. Login to Alibaba Cloud Console
2. In the Users page, click Create User
3. Fill the Logon Name and Display Name, and tick the OpenAPI Access box. Then, click OK.
4. On the Actions column of Users page, click Add Permissions on the row of the new user.
5. In the search bar under Select Policy, search for the AdministratorAccess policy and click on it. Then click OK.
6. In the Users page, click the link under User Logon Name/Display Name of the new user to enter user detail page
7. Click Create AccessKey under User AccessKey, and then click Download CSV File to download AccessKey ID and AccessKey Secret.
